Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to allow returns. Please contact us for a refund and dispose of the unwanted product in a safe manner.

Refund Policy

Helix Chemical Supply will provide a replacement or refund for any product that arrives damaged or unusable. Please contact us at info@helixchem.com to arrange for a refund.

Refunds will be returned to the existing payment method used for the purchase.

• If using a credit/debit card, please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
• If using Venmo/Zelle/CashApp, please allow us 48-72 hours to initiate a return of funds.

Please do not initiate a chargeback – we will do everything possible to ensure our customers are satisfied with both our products and our service.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. We do not accept exchanges. Please dispose of the compounds in a safe manner.
