Payment Methods

CashApp or Venmo

Paying via CashApp

To pay via CashApp:

• Complete the transaction by selecting the CashApp/Venmo option at checkout.
• After completing the transaction, send the total payment amount to $HelixChem on CashApp.
• You MUST include your order number in the Memo
• Please do not put anything other than the order number in the memo – our automated system won’t recognize it and your order will be delayed.

Venmo

To pay via Venmo:

• Complete the transaction by selecting the CashApp/Venmo option at checkout.
• Send the total payment to @HelixChem on Venmo.
• You MUST include your order number in the Memo.
• Please do not put anything other than the order number in the memo – our automated system won’t recognize it and your order will be delayed.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped quickly (same day or next business day).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

United States

• We ship domestically by USPS Priority Mail.
• Transit time is typically 2-3 business days.
• We charge a flat rate of $14.20 USD within the United States to cover both postal fees as well as packaging to ensure your products arrive safely.
